Clark County Recycling District

See video above featuring Brooklyn Kendall, a graduate of Borden Jr./Sr. High School.  To start curbside recycling, you need to have a container.  Recycling container cost:  18-gal. $12 (lid $6) or 96-gal. (available May 2026).  Office accepts credit card, check, or cash.  Container deliveries are once a week. You also must set your bin out on the correct day/time by 6 a.m.  For a recycle schedule, email your address to info@recycleclarkcounty.org.

NO CONTAINER NEEDED FOR DROP OFF RECYCLING SITES:
- Starlight: St. Johns and Rake Rd.  emptied Mon., Wed., Fri.
- Borden: 14304 Hwy. 60 (outside of Landfill entrance) emptied  Mon., Wed, Fri.
​​- Henryville: 102 S. Ferguson St. emptied on Mon., Wed., Fri.
- Memphis:  1000 Main St., emptied on Mon., Fri. 
- New Washington: 412 S. Poplar St. emptied on Mon., Fri.

There is no need to call and have the service set up or pay for it. The cost of the service is included on your property tax statement.  Lastly, you will need to put the correct items inside your bin. More information can be found in the menu bar.
